Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your email address and message if you contact support or submit our feedback form.
• App and device information: device type, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate region.
• Usage and purchase information: app opens, installs, and in-app purchase or subscription events.
• Website information: pages visited, referring links, browser type, and IP address.
• Advertising identifiers: your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), where your device settings and permissions allow it.

Advertising and analytics (Meta)

We advertise BriskList on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether our ads work, we use the Meta Pixel on our website and the Meta SDK in our mobile apps. These tools send Meta information such as pages viewed, app installs and opens, purchase events, your IP address, device and browser details, and advertising identifiers. Meta may use this data to measure and improve ads and to show you ads, subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.

On iOS, we only allow this kind of tracking if you tap Allow on Apple's tracking permission prompt. On our website, the Meta Pixel loads only after you accept advertising cookies where a consent choice is required by law.

We do not send Meta the contents of your lists, tasks, or notes.

Other services we use

• Apple App Store and Google Play: process downloads and payments. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Google: hosts our feedback form (Google Forms) and serves the fonts used on this website, which means Google receives your IP address when you load this page.

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices

• iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, to turn tracking off for BriskList at any time.
• Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
• Meta: manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
• Website: change your cookie choices with the consent banner, or block cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sharing of your data for targeted advertising. To make a request, email thundercelldev@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

BriskList is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or on this site.
